Social Skills

£15.00

Please note: A 1:1 Behaviour Consultation or Social Walk Assessment is required before joining to ensure the group is the right fit for you and your dog.

1.5–2 hours

Our Social Skills sessions are behaviour-focused, owner-attended walks designed to help you better understand your dog while developing practical skills together in real-life environments.

Rather than focusing on obedience, we help you recognise your dog's body language, understand their emotions and learn how to support them through everyday situations. Working in small, supportive groups, you'll build confidence while developing the skills needed to navigate the world together.

Includes:

✔ Behaviour-focused owner-attended session

✔ Reading and responding to canine body language

✔ Engagement and focus around distractions

✔ Calm greetings and social interactions

✔ Lead handling and practical walking skills

✔ Pattern interrupts and behaviour management

✔ Building confidence for both you and your dog

✔ Small, supportive groups

Suitable for:

  • Dogs ready to progress beyond Community Neutral Walks

  • Dogs needing support with social skills and confidence

  • Owners wanting to better understand and support their dog's behaviour

  • Dogs preparing for Social Walks or everyday social situations

Please note: These are behaviour-focused learning sessions, not traditional obedience classes. Dogs work at their own pace, and every exercise is adapted to suit the individual dog and their stage of development.
